This page is for those who wish to pay it forward and donate a mental health box to someone in need of one. Through this page, you can donate at a flat rate of £5- this scheme is still a work in progress so we are trying to improve on this!
£5 covers basic first aid supplies and the cost of delivery
£10 covers the cost of all of the above as well as fidget toys and items that are used to cope with self harming urges
£15 covers everything included in a box, items like self care products (candles and face masks, lip balms, etc), self help resources like safety planning tools and communication cards, as well as all packaging and production costs.
