One of our most popular products is the mental health box- a small package containing some resources and items to help you during a mental health crisis.
Many people who want to access this help can't due to financial problems or family issues, so we are setting up a program where others can pay it forward and help pay for someone else's care package.
The donations for these can be found on the product page "Donate a Mental Health box", and if you wish to recieve one of these boxes yourself you need to fill in an appllication form.
We do not discriminate based on age, gender, sex, race, or mental health condition. You don't even have to tell us. We just need enough information to safely post one to you if a box becomes available.
